If you're looking for a great location, look no further. This hotel is centrally located between the old souk and the lovely Bardo museum. It's perfect for both leisure and business travelers. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with friendly staff providing excellent service. The breakfast is delicious, and the hotel offers a range of facilities, including a day spa. Plus, the hotel is just a short walk away from the New Years Day Concert.
The wifi can be quite unreliable at times.

Location is only good point.
Wi-Fi could not be used. I could not get the receipt for a taxi to the airport, though the hotel receptionist said that I could get it from taxi driver. In addition, the level of taxi driver the hotel arranged was very poor. He take me to the different terminal.

During my recent stay at Tunisia Palace, I was really surprised by the helpfulness and care shown by the staff. One particular incident stood out when I asked about postage stamps, and a friendly staff member took me directly to a nearby kiosk to purchase them. This attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made my experience enjoyable. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom exceeded my expectations. The hotel's central location in Tunis made it convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend Tunisia Palace for a pleasant stay in Tunis.

I think that the breakfast and dinner room on the ground floor had a nice ambiance and served very good food. The bedroom was also attractive and spacious. Service was efficient at the desk.
Communication could be improved at the desk. It was not clear whether internet access was free in the lobby. I did not know that the rooftop bar was closed and had actually planned to spend an evening there.

This hotel had a fantastic location. It was situated in the heart of the city, which was perfect for exploring the local bazaars and getting to know the real culture of the area. Despite being in the center of town, it was peaceful and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. the breakfast was abundant and delicious, with attentive service from the staff.
There was a lack of certain facilities, which made the hotel's rating seem a bit overrated.

Great Location, Spacious Room and Comfortable Bed
This hotel has a great location, close to the best attractions of the city. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. We enjoyed the view from the window, which was breathtaking. The hotel staff was polite and helpful.
This hotel didn't meet our expectations. The facilities were limited, and the noise from outside the room was disturbing.

The location is very convenient, close to the medina and on a main road. The breakfast buffet was ready before normal opening time and the bakery items were delicious. The staff were helpful and gave practical recommendations. The hotel is in a nice old building and is very quiet.
Cannot find any fault.
